Installation:
When an ATUSPAVC series pump is installed above the liquid level, the position of "control leakage" is not restricted, but the oil inlet must not be at the bottom (PATUSPAVC 100). When an ATUSPAVC series pump is installed below the liquid level, the location of all ports is unrestricted, and the "control leak" should have a separate pipe to the tank and extend below the liquid level, as far away from the oil inlet line as possible. . "Containment leak" tubing can be filtered and/or cooled (back pressure must not exceed 7 bar (100 PSI) Maximum recommended tubing length is 10feet.
A vent valve is standard on all ATUSPAVC 33, 38, 65 and 100 pumps. When connecting, remove the bleed plug and pipe unobstructed to the tank extending below the minimum liquid level. The back pressure in this line must not exceed 28bar (4 PSI).
Pressure exceeds rated pressure, drive speed exceeds maximum speed, fluid is not petroleum based, oil temperature exceeds 71°C (160"F).
